      Description

While Guacamole's terminal emulator inherently supports dynamic resizing, automatically updating the terminal size to fit the browser window, this feature is always on. There is no way to explicitly force the terminal to a particular size, nor to manually select a size through terminal codes after the terminal session has begun.

Connection parameters should be available which allow the terminal size to be explicitly set. Complimenting this, console codes which allow the terminal size to be forced should be implemented, relying on guacctl if no standard codes exist.
