      Description

IE10 does not send keypress events when Ctrl, Alt, etc. are held down. This means common key combinations like Ctrl+C will not work when IE10 is used.

Thankfully, IE10 also implements a newer specification for key events (http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Events/#event-type-keydown), thus we can actually determine unambiguously which key was pressed within keydown.

Support for the newer DOM Level 3 event properties must be added.
